Chisholm Trail Playday

Hello Everyone! Hope this finds you all very well! I am so excited to see you all! It will be alot of fun on Saturday! Hope to see you all then! Don't be late to sign-ups! If anyone wants to practice on Friday, call me because some of us are meeting at the arena.... Also we will be sharing the parking with the NEW TRADES DAYS, so I will ask that everyone come in the North gate and park on the north end between arena and road! I will try and get there early and park where we are not in the way! Kids this means you will loose you field to ride in. Please try to be curtious and respectful of others!
Please bring trash bags and fill them up and turn them in to Mrs. Tackett in the concession stand!
Free Hamburger tickets for all participants from the Main Street Group! (These will be served up town Decatur)
If you normally help and you are not going to make it, please let me know!
FALL DATES WILL NOT BE READY, the care taker has been out of town with the teenagers of his church!

The Finals Are Over!!

The finals are over and I want to congratulate everyone, YOU ALL DONE A GREAT JOB!! I hope to see you all June 20........ Remember that we are looking for suggestions for events for the fall series, but they must be turned in by next week, so post them in the comment section and we will consider them!

Finals, Chisholm Trail, and FALL SUGGESTIONS!

CONGRATULATIONS! To everyone on a great week. Our finals will be on Sunday, May 31,2009. We will start taking entries at 12:30, will start at 1:15! We will have our awards directly afterwards, I hope to see you all then! If you have any questions, you can call me.
Parents please remember, your child must attend year end awards to receive awards!
Please do not make plans for supper, we will self-serve pizza and cake at the finals!

You are a great bunch of parents, and I appreciate all that you do to help when ever needed. We have had a great Spring Series and the local farmers appreciate all of our rain-outs!!
I hope you all return for the June 20th, CHISHOLM TRAILS PLAY DAY! Trophies will be give for places 1st-3rd! Come and join the fun!

See you Sunday, and remember if you don't have a church to attend, you are welcome to come and go with us!

Playday Cancelled

Due to the rainy weather, we will be forced to cancel the playday! We will take next week-end off since it is Mothers Day! We will see you all on the 17th of May at 12:30. I will post more information next week!

JUNE 20,2009 CHISHOLM TRAIL PLAYDAY

We now have all of the information on the Chisholm Trail Playday!! The date is June 20,2009 it will begin at 10:00 am, we will sign-up at 9:00 am. We should be done by 2:00 or 2:30, maybe sooner if everyone is ready when called! The events are BARRELS, POLES, FLAGS, SPUR, & STRAIGHT LINE BARRELS. Rules & releases must be signed, and they will be around to check coggins. If you any questions, call me.

JUNE 20,2009 CHISHOLM TRAIL PLAYDAY

I would like to announce that we will be having a Playday in conjunction with Chisholm Trail Days! It will be hot that time of year, so we will start at 10:00 am and try to finish around 2:00 pm. We will have prizes that day for different events and everyone will be invited to attend a hamburger lunch uptown after wards! If you have questions ask or post and I will answer for everyone!

CONGRADULATIONS! TO ALL OF YOU, YOU DONE A GREAT JOB! You are all improving weekly and it is great to see you doing so well!!
Thanks to the parents who have pitched in to help, since we have been a little short handed! It is all working great! See you all Sunday, I should get there at 12:30, and we will sign up quickly and get started. Weather permitting!! If we get a large rain, I will post any cancellations! Also, the April 19th that was rained out is officially reschuled for May 17th, it will start at 1:00, with sign ups att 12:30.

Sunday April 19 Playday Information

I am sorry to say that Sundays Playday will be cancelled due to the rain! But we REALLY needed the rain and are very THANKFUL to have it. Don't worry we will make it up at the end of the series! See you all next SATURDAY!

Spring Playday Begins!!

It was great to see all of you back again, and great to see new faces too! All went well Saturday, we had a great time and everyone was safe! We did not get our Participation ribbons in before we started, but hopefully we will have them next time. I hope to see all of you this Sunday at 12:30 for #2 of 4!
