The dates for the fall playday are as follows:
1st Sept. 19
2nd Oct. 2
3rd Oct. 10
4th Oct. 23
5th Oct. 30
Finals Nov. 6, 2010

We will be taking events suggestions to put in the hat and draw out... if you have suggestions or comments please email them to me at ckstephens@yahoo.com or you may call me. I am excited to start the fall series. I know they are stacked, but I want to be done long before Thanksgiving and this gives us room for a rain out, if we need it! Anyone wanting to help, please drop me a message. I hope this season will be the best yet! Thanks to all the parents who volunteered to help in the spring of 2011, due to some tough decisions I will be needing that help in the fall also!
A special thanks to Carrie for picking up the slack and helping get all of the prizes done! You done great and the kids really enjoyed them! We will post the flyer and the events as soon as we get them done.

Finals is over!

Well, the finals are over and you all should be very proud of yourselves! AWESOME JOB TO EVERYONE!!
Parents if you have any suggestions, please leave a comment or email me personally, we will meet in July to set dates and to go over any rule changes and also decide on events. If you want your suggestion considered, please let me know as soon as possible. Enjoy the rest of your summer! See you for the fall!

June 12, 2010 Playday

June 12 is the next playday! We are now caught up and back on schedule, finally! I know that June 5th was a hard day, but you all done very well! Everyone was ready, it went very smooth and quick! Thanks to all the children, parents and helpers! See you on Saturday, then we have a week off and will have our finals on June 27th!

MAKE-UP DATE

Hello all! I hope everyone got good rain! The arena is now dry and we will try to finish this series on time. We have a play day on May 30, which is a Sunday we will start taking entries at 12:30 and start by 1:15. JUNE 5 will be the make-up day, I will need help from everyone... especially the kids, we will make-up both rain outs on the same day. As of now my plan is to run each group twice, then move on to the next event. I will need everyone to stay ready, this is alot of work and I understand you will all be tired at the end of the day. This is the only date the arena is free, so we will make the best of it! I know we can do this with every ones help! This will put us back on schedule and our 5th date is June 12, then we have the finals on June 27. As soon as the finals are over as usual we will have a dinner and awards... I heard a rumor (from a VERY reliable source) about the dinner and will try to confirm and let everyone know more later.
Concession Stand will be open on the 5th of June and we will try to do hot dogs and hamburgers... please try to purchase from us since ALL of the profits will go to prizes!

NOTE TO PARENTS:
I would like to personally "thank you" for being such a great group. I enjoy watching the children improve and build confidence, this is great for my child and I hope you all feel the same way. I guess most of you know that Tracey Lodes and Bobby Lodes will not be returning in the Spring of 2011, I want to thank her for all of hers and Bobby's hard work and dedication to the sport and to the children. I have enjoyed working with them on these series! So once again THANK YOU LODES FAMILY!

Rain Out for May 15

Due to all of the rain today and all of the rain in the forecast, I am sorry to say we must cancel the playday for tomorrow! We will use June 5, for the make-up day. I will post more in a couple of days... See you all at the next playday!

May 2 Playday is DONE!

What a day! You all did great! I hope to see you all back in 2 weeks! Remember it will be on Saturday, so we will start taking entries at 9 and take off at 10! Hope to see you all then!

May 2nd Will be 1st Playday for Series

Due to the rain out May 2nd will be our 1st Playday, we will start taking entries at 12:15 or 12:30. We will try to begin at 1:20-1:30, be patient if we are running a little slow. I will see you all then!

IT WOULD HAVE EFFECTED US TREMENDOUSLY IF IT HAS PASSED AS WRITTEN! I AM SORRY FOR ANY CONFUSION AS I HAVE BEEN CONFUSED MYSELF... WITH HUNDREDS OF CALLS AND COMPLAINTS.... WE WILL BE MORE WATCHFUL OF THE SENATOR AND WATCH FOR THIS.......
