SERIES CANCELLED DUE TO EHV-1

We will end our series due to the out break of EHV-1, we have taken a vote and the majority of us feel like it is in the best intrest of our childrens horses to end the series now. We will have our awards breakfast on June 4, 2011 @ 9:00 am.
I will have some information for everyone to read while we have breakfast. It has been a short spring and we hate to have to cancel, but feel this is best for all concerned.
I look forward to seeing you all in the fall! Get ready, we will kick off with the adult playday!! I will post flyers as soon as I can get all the dates worked out! If you have dates that are best for you, please call me ASAP!!

HERE WE GO AGAIN!!

As you know spring is almost here! We will be starting up our spring series this year on Sunday, April 3, 2011. We look forward to seeing you all then. I will have a flyer done next week and will get it posted on here, in the mean time get ready for a fun filled spring with all speed events! I hope everyone is enjoying this nice weather!
For those of you who qualified for all around, but I have not seen you, I do have one of your gifts which was not in at the finals!

The dates for the fall playday are as follows:
1st Sept. 19
2nd Oct. 2
3rd Oct. 10
4th Oct. 23
5th Oct. 30
Finals Nov. 6, 2010

We will be taking events suggestions to put in the hat and draw out... if you have suggestions or comments please email them to me at ckstephens@yahoo.com or you may call me. I am excited to start the fall series. I know they are stacked, but I want to be done long before Thanksgiving and this gives us room for a rain out, if we need it! Anyone wanting to help, please drop me a message. I hope this season will be the best yet! Thanks to all the parents who volunteered to help in the spring of 2011, due to some tough decisions I will be needing that help in the fall also!
A special thanks to Carrie for picking up the slack and helping get all of the prizes done! You done great and the kids really enjoyed them! We will post the flyer and the events as soon as we get them done.

Finals is over!

Well, the finals are over and you all should be very proud of yourselves! AWESOME JOB TO EVERYONE!!
Parents if you have any suggestions, please leave a comment or email me personally, we will meet in July to set dates and to go over any rule changes and also decide on events. If you want your suggestion considered, please let me know as soon as possible. Enjoy the rest of your summer! See you for the fall!

June 12, 2010 Playday

June 12 is the next playday! We are now caught up and back on schedule, finally! I know that June 5th was a hard day, but you all done very well! Everyone was ready, it went very smooth and quick! Thanks to all the children, parents and helpers! See you on Saturday, then we have a week off and will have our finals on June 27th!
